The site publishes this privacy policy and terms of use of the site in order to avoid any misunderstandings and conflicts with visitors.

By using the website (hereinafter – the website), you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it. Personal data in the meaning of this Privacy Policy is any information that makes it possible to identify you. By using the site, you give us permission to collect, register, accumulate, store, adapt, modify, update, use and disseminate, depersonalize, destroy personal data, including with the use of information systems in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without personal notification to each user. Instead, we will publish the time of the last changes that were made to the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the portal after such changes are made, you agree and accept them as part of the Privacy Policy. When processing personal data, we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. Among other things, this means that:

  • we clearly indicate the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this through this privacy statement;
  • we aim to limit the collection of personal data to only that which is necessary for legitimate purposes;
    we first seek your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data in cases where your consent is required;
  • we take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and also require this from the parties that process personal data on our behalf;

Data controller

Data Controller is the legal or natural person who (alone or jointly with others) determines the purposes for which personal information is, or is to be, collected and the manner in which it is done. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we are the Data Controller in relation to your personal data.

Data operators (or “service providers”)

A Data Processor (or “Service Provider”) is any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of different Service Providers in order to increase the efficiency of processing your data.

Data subject (or “User”)

Data Subject is any living person who uses our website and is the subject of Personal Data.

Personal data collection

To provide services, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • The information you provide to us. During registration we ask you to provide personal information such as your surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number. This information is stored in your account.

We use this data to enable you to use our website and, if necessary, to review and assert our rights and the rights of third parties in case of damage or violation of legal provisions, our terms of use and the rights of third parties. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) b) GDPR. The registration files will be stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose, in principle no longer than 14 days. The site server temporarily registers the domain name or IP address of the visitor’s computer, as well as the date of access, files (file name and URL), HTTP response code and the website from which the visitor came to the site, the number of bytes transferred during the session.


We may also automatically collect certain information through the use of cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is downloaded to your computer when you visit certain websites. There are different ways to set cookies. You can:

  • disable their action and delete them at will;
  • change your browser settings to limit the use of cookies;

Use of personal data

The personal data of visitors is used to facilitate the use of the site by visitors, to take into account their interests and preferences in the implementation of editorial policy, as well as to analyze user behavior, including in working with contractors in the field of advertising. Personal data is used in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) b) GDPR. We will process your personal data in order to:

  • and protect our property rights, enforce our terms of use and legal provisions, and assert and initiate legal claims and defend against such legal claims.

  • with your consent for other purposes, such as subscribing to a newsletter, in which case you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time.

Dissemination and disclosure of personal data

We do not share your personal data with third parties except with your consent or under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy. We believe it is our duty to comply with the law, so we may disclose your personal data in some cases. In particular, we may disclose relevant personal data if we believe it is necessary and reasonable to do so in order to comply with the law, legal process, to conduct an investigation or at the request of other public authorities, as well as in response to complaints, to protect against fraud, abuse, misuse or illegal use of the site.

Our website is not designed to attract children and we do not intend to collect personal data from children under the age of consent in their country of residence. Therefore, we ask children under the age of consent not to provide us with any personal data.
